HDA, I was behind your S and damn that thing (you) is fast. I think you and Jeremy's blue lotus are probably pretty competitive.

Thanks bud! Yes I have to say that I was feeling pretty comfortable that day! I remember that at one point I saw a 350Z in my rear view mirror that was keeping my pace and I said to myself "That must be the trackjunkie with the Z in his avatar" ahahah!

Car: 330Ci

Estimated total vehicle weight with driver: 3450

Estimated wheel horsepower: 340

Tire size and model: 255/40R17 RS3

Estimated ambient temperature: 80 and cloudy

Note: I need to rethink my line through gut check. I kept hitting a dip before the first right hander that would cause me to back off on the throttle. I started to brake just past 2nd apex in gut check and I think I could still brake a touch later. I can carry more speed into the sweeper without screwing up the bus stop.

The 2nd lap was my best lap...

Estimated wheel horsepower: 276

Tire size and model: 275/35-18 Nitto NT01

Estimated ambient temperature: 80 and partly cloudy

Notes: I had no ABS. I am shocked to see that my best lap time in the opposite direction is only a few tenths off this time. I felt slow all weekend, but I am happy with my time all things considered.

Shut it, Drew. Nobody likes you anyway. :P

Ha! It ain't bragging because that car will go will MUCH faster with a good driver. But I'll contribute my lap time as a data point.

Lap time: 1:58.78 ccw

Car: 2009 SRT8 Challenger

Weight: 4355 with driver

Horsepower: 425 net

Tires: Goodyear Eagle F1 245/45/20 and 255/45/20

My first time out in the 2 ton behemoth and first time ever ccw, had run a best of 1:52 in my 350Z clockwise on RE050 Potenzas in previous days at the track , but the Challenger is so much more fun ,if extremely tough on the tires lol

I'll add mine

Date - 12/15/2012

Lap time - 2:00.8 CCW

Car - 2006 Toyota 4Runner

Power - 250 rwhp 300 ft lbs

Weight - 4300 lbs

Tires- Bridgestone Dueler D840 265/65/17 (4 years old)

I think it is a decent time, not the fastest by any means but lays down a good fondation for me to improve on. Hopefully with more track focused mods like an LSD, lower profile tires, lowering springs, more power, etc will net a better time.

Date: 12/30/12

Lap time: 1:52.1 ccw

Car: 2012 Mazdaspeed 3

Weight: 3510 with driver

Horsepower: 270 @ flywheel

Tires: 205/50-16 Hankook Z211s (C51) up front and 205/45-16 Hoosier A6 rear. Fronts are about a year old and have 2/32 left. Rears are 4 years old with 2/32 left.

Wheels: OEM 16x6.5 2006 Miata wheels (16x6.5s)

All in all I was impressed for a bone stock car. Stock everything except the narrower tires and wheels. I think with some 17x7.5s or 17x8s and 225 R comps it could get a good bit quicker. Interesting being in that car and having to modulate the throttle EVERYWHERE... lol
