Nice work Chase! I built my own as well. Did you have enough wood to make a spare? Capture what you made on a template?

Your alignment looks very close to what I run. I have enjoyed it and get great tire wear.

Thanks Kevin!

Even though my car sees double duty I'm super stoked. Feels incredible. Top speed 65mph to work but wow.

Ready to give you a run for you money this weekend @@Arro

Looks like you did the measuring for the bumper-splitter measurement just right.

Is it pretty easy to remove or not? That support cable is hella beefy!

Thanks!

Yeah, I was a little dumb choosing my eye bolts. They said 90lb pull so I bought those.

The cable was the smallest they had. 1/8"

Haha.

Okay, so, the track day was a success! Made it there, made it home all in one piece. I was able to improve my lap time from a 2.06.5 to a 2.00.24

Really excited and after going over the data I see I am nervous going thru 1-2,6,7, and 12

If I had the same confidence going thru 3-4-5 I'm sure I'd have a killer lap time.

So, like anyone I have an excuse. Haha!

It's quite nerve wrecking and also my power steering went out in the S2000 going thru the carausoule (can't spell)

Being my car has electric power steering and no hydraulics it's not anything like hydraulic power steering when it goes out in high speed turns. It's different.....

maybe someone in S2000 that has lost power steering will understand.

My favorite picture from the NASA weekend.

What happened to the ones you got for free or whatever to test?

They are to soft for track, I am testing them on a friends car and still undergoing development.

For a street car they are great!

Yesterday I did a clutch install on a customers car so I didn't get to far deep in mine.

I did get the evaporater installed along with two main A/c lines.

Yeah, the install for the evaporater took forever haha!

I had to remove the dash which I wasn't expecting.

Feeling super sick today and still couldn't hold myself back from working on my car.

My "custom" a/c bracket I purchased was a bust. Go figure right....

Here's pictures,

Spent a couple hours modifying my "custom" bracket to "work" or just mount halfway correct.

Got pretty impatient towards the end.

And mounted, it's off center and to close to the tensioner.

Next try, fitting this massive A/C compressor that almost 2" larger than the factory S2000 one.

Edit: it had this weird flange on it and didn't think it would work in the beginning.
